Ayungon National High School School Profile AYUNGON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL is strategically located along the national highway in Barangay Tampocon I of the municipality of Ayungon.

Former mayor Hon. Lorenzo Dy initiated its establishment 16 years ago on June 13, 1994. Ayungon National High School has continually been rising to be among the top performing schools of the Division of Negros Oriental. Both external and internal stakeholders have done their best to provide the school the physical facilities and other needs necessary for students’ well-rounded development. We have

the well-equipped science laboratory, our computers are internet connected. Students are comfortable in clean well-ventilated classrooms. There are restrooms for all classrooms. Television sets and sound systems are found in many classrooms for institutional and recreational purposes. Thirty-five (35) competent teachers are very willing to help you in your school concerns. A full-time school head, disbursing officer and later a bookkeeper are also very friendly.

Agosto na namanβ€”panahon upang higit na pahalagahan ang ating wika at kasaysayan, dalawang haliging humuhubog sa ating pagkakakilanlan bilang mga Pilipino. Sa bawat salitang ating binibigkas at sa bawat aral na ating inaalala mula sa nakaraan, mas pinagtitibay natin ang pagmamahal sa ating bayan at ang pananagutang ipagpatuloy ang mga adhikaing iniwan ng ating mga ninuno.

Ngayong Agosto, sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang yaman ng wikang Filipino at ang makulay na kasaysayan ng ating bansa. Ang ating wika ay hindi lamang kasangkapan sa pakikipagtalastasanβ€”ito ang tinig ng ating kultura, pagkakaisa, at pagkatao. Ang ating kasaysayan naman ang nagsisilbing gabay upang higit nating maunawaan ang ating pinagmulan at maipagpatuloy ang paghubog ng isang mas matatag na kinabukasan.

Pursuant to Provincial Executive Order No. 50, Series of 2026, all classes at all levels, both public and private, in the Province of Negros Oriental are suspended on Friday, August 7, 2026.

This is in response to the reported increase in conjunctivitis (sore eyes) cases, upon the recommendation of the Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO).

We encourage everyone to observe proper health and sanitation practices to help prevent the spread of the infection.
