To all Navy Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) and Sailor Basic Course (SBC) aspirants: Registration for the AFPSAT Examination will close on December 10, 2024, at 8:00 AM.

a. Natural-born Filipino citizen
b. Baccalaureate degree holder (preferably technical courses)
c. At least 20 years old, not a day older than 26 years old on the date of application and not a day older than 27 years old upon appointment as Probationary Ensign / Probationary 2LT.
d. Height of not less than 5'0" (152.4 cm)
e. Of good moral character
f. Physically and mentally fit for training

4) Height of not less than 5,0 ft (152.4 cm) both male and female but not more than 6’4 (193.04 cm);
5) Physically and mentally fit.

4) Natural Born Filipino citizen;
5) Height of not less than 5,0 ft (152.4 cm) both male and female but not more than 6’4 (193.04 cm);
6) Physically and mentally fit.
