With the theme “Harnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future Through Science and Innovation,” the afternoon celebration began with a prayer, followed by the Photo Treebute Presentation, Science Vlog Presentation, and Impromptu Speaking, where students showcased their creativity, knowledge, and communication skills.
The program continued with the awarding of winners in the Science Quiz Bee, Poster Making, and Slogan Making contests held on September 21, as well as the recognition of winners from other Science Month activities, including the Sci-Vlog competition.
Science trivia questions were also featured throughout the celebration, giving students an opportunity to test their scientific knowledge and participate in an engaging activity.
The celebration concluded with a message from Science Coordinator Ma’am Catrina Omandac, who emphasized that science is not limited to the classroom and encouraged the students to “Never stop asking, continue exploring, and keep discovering.”
