JMC TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT CENTER is now accepting enrolment for SMAW NC I and II. Submit the following requirements to Cupang Compound, Sitio Santo Rosario, Brgy. Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

โ€ข Barangay Indigency
โ€ข PSA Birth Certificate (4 photocopies)
โ€ข PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants โ€“ 4 photocopies)
โ€ข TESDA picture (with collar, matte finish)
โ€ข 4 pcs. 1x1 ID
โ€ข 6 pcs. passport size
โ€ข Any High School Record (Diploma, TOR, or Form 137 โ€“ 4 photocopies)
โ€ข 1 Long Brown Envelope and 1 Plastic Envelope
