📣 CST-R Alumni Homecoming 2024: FAQ 🎉
To help you prepare for an unforgettable CST-R Alumni Homecoming, here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
1️⃣ General Admission Fee: All alumni must pay a ₱500 General Admission fee at the registration booth, located at the gate. This fee is required for each batch.
2️⃣ Area Fee: There’s a ₱500 Area Fee for each canopy. If your batch will only set up tables without a canopy, a ₱500 fee applies for every 2 long tables.
3️⃣ Guest Policy: Guests are welcome and have free admission, but they must be accompanied by an alumni member when entering the campus.
4️⃣ Day-of Setup Assistance: If you need help setting up on the day of the event, Batch 2000 coordinators will be available to assist you in securing an area.
5️⃣ Beverage Policy: Outside beer is not allowed, but Batch 2000 will be selling beer inside the venue.
6️⃣ Can We Still Register?: Yes! Registration is still open, but please note that area slots are very limited at this point, so we can’t guarantee a prime location.
