The College of Fisheries conducted a two-day extension and community services program in DAFWARBA Training Hall, Barangay Cabacungan, La Castellana. The program, titled "Upland Tilapia Farming: A Food Security Program for Dama Farm Workers Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association (DAFWARBA)," was in its fourth phase with the theme "Pathways towards Sustainable Fish Processing and Value-Adding; Challenges for Livelihood Development." The program aimed to provide knowledge and skills to the DAFWARBA members on sustainable fish processing and value-adding, which could potentially lead to livelihood development opportunities for them.
