Ang Maternal and Child Care (MCH) o Pangangalaga sa Ina at Anak ay isang mahalagang programa sa kalusugan na nakatuon sa pangangalaga ng mga kababaihan mula sa pagbubuntis hanggang sa panahon pagkatapos manganak, gayundin sa kalusugan at wastong pag-unlad ng mga sanggol at bata. Kabilang dito ang regular na prenatal at postnatal check-up, ligtas na panganganak, tamang nutrisyon, pagbabakuna, pagpapasuso, at patuloy na pagsubaybay sa paglaki at kalusugan ng bata. Nagbibigay rin ito ng edukasyon sa mga magulang tungkol sa family planning, wastong pag-aalaga sa sanggol, at pag-iwas sa mga sakit. Sa pamamagitan ng Maternal and Child Care, naitataguyod ang kalusugan ng ina at anak, nababawasan ang panganib ng komplikasyon at pagkamatay, at natitiyak na ang bawat bata ay may pagkakataong lumaki nang malusog at maabot ang kanyang buong potensiyal.
