Maligayang Kapistahan ni San Lorenzo Ruiz!

Ngayong araw, ating pinararangalan si San Lorenzo Ruiz, ang unang banal na Pilipino at isang natatanging halimbawa ng matibay na pananampalataya, tapang, at pagmamahal sa Diyos. Ang kanyang buhay ay nagpapaalala sa atin na manatiling tapat sa Diyos kahit tayo ay humaharap sa mga pagsubok.

Narito ang 5 kamangha-manghang katotohanan tungkol sa kanya:
1. Siya ang kauna-unahang banal na Pilipino na itinalaga bilang santo ng Simbahang Katolika.
2. Ipinanganak siya sa Binondo, Maynila, noong humigit-kumulang 1594.
3. Naging sakristan, tagasulat, at kasapi ng Kapatiran ng Santo Rosaryo siya.
4. Pinatay siya bilang martir sa Nagasaki, Japan, noong 1637 dahil sa kanyang matibay na pananampalatayang Katoliko.
5. Sa kabila ng matinding pagpapahirap, tumanggi siyang talikuran ang kanyang pananampalataya at nanatiling tapat sa Diyos hanggang kamatayan.

Please be informed that there will be no face-to-face classes tomorrow, Monday, September 28, 2026.

In observance of National Family Week and Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day, asynchronous learning will be conducted in the morning, and there will be no face-to-face classes for the whole day.

Everyone is encouraged to have lunch with their families as part of the “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” program and celebrate the importance of family unity.

Students are encouraged to check their respective class platforms and complete any assigned activities. Regular classes will resume on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

As part of their Vocation Campaign, the seminarians of San Agustin Seminary (SAS) shared the court with our Naujan Academy Inc. basketball players for a fun-filled friendly game!

More than just basketball, it was a chance to connect, build friendships, and get to know more about the life and vocation of our seminarians. 🙌
