Project W.A.T.C.H. Advocacy and Outreach Program to Sani-Sani ES, an adopted school of B. Abao Central Elementary School

JOINT ADVOCACY OF MACES AND NASIPIT NHS TO CANTUGAS CULTURAL MINORITY ES, SURIGAO DEL NORTE

Caraga Project WATCH Mobilizers and its adopted school, Nasipit National High School visited Cantugas Cultural Minority ES (CCMES) of Mainit II district spearheaded by the School-In-Charge Elgie B. Adlaon on August 26, 2022.

The Project W.A.T.C.H. core group shared their time to advocate the importance of value of punctuality and honesty as elements of success in one's life. The group also brought with them donations from the benevolent stakeholders of Mateo B. Abao Central Elementary School and Nasipit NHS for an outreach activity to the indigenous cultural community of Cantugas, Mainit, Surigao del Norte.

MACES Project W.A.T.C.H. ADVOCACY to the LGU of MAINIT, SURIGAO DEL NORTE

The LGU of Mainit under the leadership of Hon. Mayor Crisanta O.Mondano welcomed Mateo B. Abao CES Project WATCH core group on her office with delight and ease last August 19, 2022.
As an educator herself, Mayor Mondano listened to Mateo B. Abao Central Elementary School Project W.A.T.C.H. objectives and accomplishments. She was amazed about its best practices, highlighting the two core values., time consciousness and honesty in promoting renewal and development. Her leadership also has the desire on the implementation of values particularly punctuality and cleanliness which made Mainit an awardee in some events. She then gave her consent to the core group to start the advocacy to each municipal government offices and to the LGU scholars.

Heads and personnel of each office agreed that as government workers or leaders, one must be time conscious and honest to their function because “a public service is a public trust”
