𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

San Francisco Javier College – AR of Narra, Palawan, Inc. remains committed to promoting quality education through continuous professional development.

On July 31, 2026, our Guidance Advocate, Ms. Camille Ann Pastores, and Academic Coordinator, Ms. Irish Jane Bernas, participated in the seminar-workshop "𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑼𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑹𝑻𝑰 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑮𝑹𝑨𝑪𝑬 𝑷𝑨𝑺𝑺" held at Palawan Hope Christian School in Puerto Princesa City.

The seminar was facilitated by Dr. Reuben Velarde Jr. of Phoenix Publishing House, who shared valuable insights on utilizing assessment data through the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework and the GRACE PASS assessment system. His session emphasized the importance of transforming assessment results into purposeful, evidence-based interventions that effectively address the diverse learning needs of students.

Joining the seminar were fellow educators from our Augustinian Recollect (AR) sister school, Sacred Heart of Jesus High School of Palawan Inc., Brooke's Point, Palawan, represented by Rev. Sr. Jeanne Partosa, A.R., Principal; Ms. Karen Joy Q. Romano, Academic Coordinator; and Ms. Rosalyn Taban, Guidance Advocate. Their participation reflects the shared commitment of AR schools to fostering excellence in education and strengthening learner support through collaborative professional growth.

The knowledge and best practices gained from this learning opportunity will further enhance the guidance and academic support services of San Francisco Javier College – AR, equipping our educators to provide timely, learner-centered, and data-informed interventions that contribute to the holistic development and academic success of every Javierian.

𝐒𝐅𝐉𝐂–𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐒𝐏 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭! 🏆

From July 31 to August 2, 2026, the San Francisco Javier College – AR Boy Scouts proudly participated in the Crew Leader Training Course (CLTC), Patrol Leaders Training Course (PLTC), and Scout Leaders Basic Orientation Course (SLBOC) held at Princess Urduja National High School, Narra, Palawan. The encampment was organized by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Palawan Council and brought together participants from eight secondary schools across the municipality.

Guided by our dedicated faculty advisers, Mr. Michael Bryan Biong, Ms. Nida Saladaga, and Mr. Erwyn D. Tiosin, the SFJC–AR Boy Scouts demonstrated outstanding leadership, teamwork, discipline, and commitment throughout the three-day activity, earning the distinction of Overall Champion among the participating schools.

This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication of our Scouts and the unwavering support of their mentors. More importantly, the knowledge, skills, and values gained through the training have prepared them to become more capable leaders and responsible citizens, always ready to serve their school and community.

Congratulations to our champion Scouts, their advisers, and the entire SFJC–AR community! May this milestone inspire you to continue living the true spirit of Scouting—to lead, to serve, and to make a positive difference.
