DepEd Ibayo Elementary School conducted a Focused Group Discussion (FGD) on Lesson Planning, Grading System, and Awards and Recognition in preparation for the Term 1 Instructional Block for School Year 2026–2027.

This activity supports the school’s commitment to quality instruction and readiness for effective curriculum implementation.
The session enhanced teachers’ understanding of lesson planning, instructional strategies, and curriculum alignment through collaborative sharing of best practices, ensuring alignment with expected learning outcomes under the new three-term academic calendar.

It was facilitated by School Principal Dr. Guendalyn R. Nazareno, together with Master Teachers Ma’am Elisa C. Sarmiento and Ma’am Melinda E. Mendoza, who emphasized curriculum alignment, strategic planning, and effective instructional delivery to improve learner outcomes.
