In view of the ongoing adverse weather conditions brought by Typhoon “Uwan” and pursuant to OVPAA Office Memorandum No. 2025-084, the BISCAST-DRRM Office informs the community that several classrooms in the College of Education Building (Rooms CB 203, CB 204, CB 205, CB 207, CB 208, and CB 209) have been officially opened as evacuation areas for the affected residents of Barangay Peñafrancia, Naga City.

The DRRM Office and the Security and Safety Management Office will assist in the facilitation of the evacuees’ temporary stay and will closely coordinate with the Barangay Peñafrancia officials for monitoring and response operations.

His design draws inspiration from “Kamolmog,” the Bikol term for hands, symbolizing the skilled and forged nature of every SSVTE member. The Baybayin script “Edukador” represents our noble role as educators who embrace and preserve culture, while the patterns of technology and science reflect BISCAST’s mission of transformative education, innovation, and excellence.
