✔️ Must be a bona fide student of the University of Nueva Caceres enrolled during the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026;

✔️ Must not have joined any university-wide pageant within the last two (2) years;
✔️Must not have won a title in any pageant ranging from the municipal/town level up to the national level within the last two (2) years;
