The Junior Philippine Society for Talent Development (JPSTD) PLMun Chapter proudly celebrates the success of the 1st JPSTD Leaders’ Summit held last February 21, 2026, at Meralco Power Tech, Quezon City!

This milestone event brought together emerging leaders, student practitioners, and advisers from various universities for a full-day journey of learning, growth, and collaboration in Talent Development. 💡✨

We were also honored by the presence and support of our organization advisers, Ms. Gemini Gabon and Ms. Lenilyn Combis, as well as the Dean of the College of Business Administration, Dr. Carmencita P. Elauria, whose guidance continues to inspire our commitment to excellence in leadership and development.

With the support of our esteemed speakers, advisers, and partner institutions, this event marks the beginning of a stronger, more connected JPSTD community committed to developing the next generation of Talent Development leaders.

The Midterm Examination Week will take place on 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟵-𝟭3, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. This is an important academic milestone that calls for focus and preparation. Prepare thoroughly and approach each examination with confidence and integrity.

𝙄𝙈𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏𝘼𝙉𝙏 𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍𝙎!
• Examinations will be administered online.
• Ensure that you have a stable internet connection and a fully charged device before the examination.
• Secure a backup internet connection, if possible, in case of technical issues.
• Prepare a quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free environment.
• Log in to your institutional account and check your Google Classroom at least 5 minutes before your scheduled exam time.
• You must take the exam on the scheduled date provided by the institution and will have 1 hour to complete the Midterm Examination.
• Carefully read and follow all examination instructions provided.

𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮!
All students are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Any form of cheating, including accessing unauthorized websites or materials during the examination, is strictly prohibited. Violations will be addressed in accordance with the institution’s academic policies.

The Junior Philippine Society for Talent Development – PLMun Chapter (JPSTD), together with the College of Business Administration student leaders, proudly participated in the Business and Leadership Council Lecture Series themed “𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 & 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗽𝗮’𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵” last February 7, 2025 at Museo de Muntinlupa, gaining valuable insights toward resilient and sustainable leadership.

As shared by the City Mayor, the vision is to continue shaping Muntinlupa not only as a business district but as a smart, liveable, and sustainable city, where PLMun plays a greater role as a relevant institution, innovator, pathfinder, adviser, and partner of the City Government in engaging the youth.

🌟 Transforming Talent Through Mentorship 🌟

Last December 16, 2025, the Junior Philippine Society for Talent Development – PLMun Chapter (JPSTD-PLMun Chapter) had the opportunity to attend the insightful webinar entitled “Transforming Talent: Discover the PSTD Mentoring Experience.”

The webinar provided us with a deeper understanding of the global definition of mentoring, highlighting its importance in shaping individuals and organizations. It also introduced the 8 Roles of a Modern Mentor and the 4 Stages of the Mentoring Relationship, giving us a clearer perspective on how meaningful and effective mentorship is built.

Furthermore, we were introduced to the PSTD Mentorship to Engage and Empower Talents (MEET) Program, where its objectives were thoroughly discussed, along with how the program can greatly benefit us not only as mentees, but also as future talent developers and leaders.

This learning experience reinforced the value of guidance, growth, and continuous development—reminding us that mentorship plays a vital role in transforming talent into potential and purpose into impact.
