PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE: MUNHSAF PRE-REGISTRATION/PLASTIC ID CARDS

We are now producing plastic MUNHSAF IDs similar to the quality of credit cards and ATM cards. All members are encouraged to come up for PRE-REGISTRATION for the forthcoming Grand Alumni Homecoming come February 2016 so that we can have enough time for the printing of your plastic IDs.

Alumni who are residing abroad or those who cannot come personally because they are not living in Muntinlupa City can do so by sending their ID PICTURE together with their e-SIGNATURE to [email protected] or [email protected] with the following information:

a) Full name (first name/middle name/surname);
b) Class or Batch;
c) Residential Address;
d) Contact/Telephone Number;
e) Name of person to be notified/next of kin (in case of emergency);
f) His/her address;
g) His/her contact or telephone number.

Cost of ID is FREE but Php200.00 will be collected for the payment of the Php100.00 annual membership fee covering two (2) years since we hold our reunion every two (2) years.

The Php200.00 can be paid personally to the MUNHSAF staff in charge or through MUNHSAF bank accounts at these numbers:

PNB Savings/Checking Account Number 1184-35-500-024 with Swift Code PNB MPH MM.
