1. IQ - Intelligence Quotient
Mahalaga sa strategic planning at decision making, ang pagkakaroon ng IQ ay tumutulong sa lider na mag-isip nang malinaw at mas may katuwiran.

2. EQ - Emotional Quotient (Pinakamahalaga sa Leadership)
Nagbibigay kakayahan sa pag-unawa sa damdamin ng miyembro, Nakakatulong sa conflict resolution, motivation, at trust. Ang lider na may mataas na EQ ay nirerespeto, hindi kinatatakutan.

3. AQ - Adversity Quotient
Sukatan ng tibay ng loob sa suliranin at pagsubok, pinapanatiling kalmado at matatag ang lider sa mahihirap na panahon.

4. SQ - Social Quotient
Mahalaga sa pakikipag-ugnayan at teamwork,
tinutulungan ang lider na magbuo ng solid at united team.

5. MQ - Moral Quotient
Pinag-uugatan ng integridad at tamang pamumuno, ang lider na may mataas na MQ ay sinusundan dahil sa prinsipyo.
