At Tomas Claudio Colleges ROTC Unit, we believe that leadership is not given-it is earned through discipline, commitment, and service.

ROTC is more than a subject. It is a journey that shapes character, builds confidence, and prepares young men and women to become responsible citizens and future leaders of our nation. Through training, teamwork, and community involvement, cadets learn valuable life skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Here, you will discover your potential, strengthen your sense of responsibility, and develop the courage to lead when others choose to follow. Every drill, every challenge, and every activity is designed to help you become stronger, wiser, and more prepared for the future.

The nation needs capable, responsible, and service-oriented young leaders.
