To: ALL CONCERNED TRISKELIONS WORLWIDE

OFFICIAL EXPULSION NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a duly promulgated Resolution of the Chapter Judiciary dated 07 February 2026, and after full observance of due process,

MR. ROWAN DESTURA a.k.a. “BOREAS”

has been FOUND GUILTY of Grave Misconduct and Betrayal of Trust, for willful violations of the Tenets and Code of Conduct (TCoC) of the Fraternity, and the 2025 CODE of CERES.

Accordingly, and in accordance with Article III. Section 6 (Termination of Membership) of the 2025 CODE of CERES, he is HEREBY EXPELLED FROM THE FRATERNITY, with immediate effect, and is likewise STRICKEN FROM THE OFFICIAL CHAPTER ROSTER.

As a direct consequence thereof, all right privileges, recognitions, and authorities arising from or incidental to his former membership in the Fraternity and the Chapter are REVOKED AND EXTINGUISHED.

Further, ANY AND ALL ACTS, REPRESENTATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, OR DEALINGS made by the said individual, whether in his own behalf or in representation of the Fraternity or the Chapter, ARE HEREBY DECLARED NULL AND VOID and shall have no force and effect.

This Notice is issued for Official Reference, Guidance, and Strict Compliance.

On this day, CERES TRISKELIONS’ paid a courtesy visit to the CEREACCS Homeowners Association President to formally inform and coordinate regarding our upcoming community project entitled “FAMILY EASTER EGG HUNT,” scheduled on April 5, 2026 (Sunday).

This activity is intended to bring together families in our community to joyfully celebrate Easter Sunday through unity, fellowship, and shared happiness.

Our deepest condolences to the bereaved family. We mourn with you in this time of profound loss and stand in solidarity in your call for justice—justice that must be served fully, fairly, and without compromise.

This tragedy is a reminder that organizations especially fraternities must strictly adhere to existing laws, particularly Republic Act No. 11053 (Anti-Hazing Act of 2018), and not hide behind so-called traditions. No custom can ever justify violence or the loss of life.

Let accountability be exacted from those responsible, while protecting the name and integrity of the fraternity, its chapters, and members who faithfully uphold the no-contact and anti-hazing policy and remain committed to lawful, humane, and principled brotherhood.
