Ever wondered how humans fall in love? .

According to Dr Helen Fisher, a renowned anthropologist, there are 3 distinct phases of falling in love.

Stage 1: Lust is driven by the levels of testosterone (men) and oestrogen (women) in our bodies. This isn’t so different from other mammals on the planet.

Stage 2: Attraction is similar in feeling to the effect of certain drugs or alcohol. The emotion of euphoria, and the release of a jumble of chemicals in the brain, including dopamine (pleasure), adrenaline (fight or flight) and norepinephrine (alertness), can make falling in love feel like an addictive rush. Adrenaline, in particular, is the reason your cheeks feel flushed, your palms feel sweaty and your heart races when you meet someone you like for the first time.

Stage 3: Attachment sees the release of dopamine and norepinephrine replaced with oxytocin (the ‘cuddle’ hormone), which is when you may begin to feel closely bonded and start making long-term plans together.

While the 3 phases of love might seem straightforward, there are several other factors that affect who you end up falling in love with. Many of us say we have a ‘type’, but is that true? Here are 4 scientific reasons why you might fall in love with someone!

We describe the moment of falling in love as if it were a direct hit from Cupid's arrow; it is intense, overwhelming, sometimes quick, and sometimes feel predestined.
This first burst of emotion frequently turns into a cozy intimacy as time goes on.

Noradrenaline, which increases adrenaline production and causes a racing heart and sweaty palms, dopamine, the feel-good chemical, and phenylethylamine, which is released when we're close to our crush and gives us butterflies in our stomachs, are the three chemicals in the brain that stimulate the initial happy feelings of being in love.

The three stages of falling in love are distinct.Our bodies' levels of testosterone (for men) and oestrogen (for women) are what fuel the initial emotion, lust.
The second emotion, attraction, has a similar high to the addictive high that comes from some drugs or alcohol.
The last stage is attachment, during which you could start to feel particularly connected to one another and begin to make long-term plans

The Present Beholds the Future

In the past century or decades, we experienced constant changes about our lives, way of living, technologies and even the way we speak. We experienced changes that no time can undo. we experienced changes that we would like to cherish and reminisce and share to the world about our past. In the near future, we expect that there will be more technology advancement, more interactions with the places that was never been discovered and more deep conversation with people that we’ve never been met. In the near future we will witness more discovery of plants that could bring treatment, medications to diseases that were hard to cure, more species to crawl, birds to fly in the air, more kinds of fish to swim in our oceans, and more animals to run in our land. We will never know until it was discovered.

In the past time, scientist really wanted to have the most discoveries that they find. From medical fields like face transplant and pig’s heart transplant to human. There are so much to discover and there are so much to argue with. Technology now adays are already advancing to different forms. We are already expecting that advancement with technology includes having an Artificial Intelligence. This system is usually used for robots and machinery. AI are also called as weapon of the future. It is already famous to first world countries like America, UK, Japan, China, South Korean and many other countries that can support their military advancement. They are doing this to protect their territory and their republic or state. it is feared that if another world war will break out, AI will be used as a primary weapon which can give a casualty to over half of world’s population.

Philippines has a lot more work to do if we would like cope up with futuristic discussion. Comparing to other countries that were already advancing in terms of technology and discoveries, we should also work on how to maximize our resources. We still have undiscovered places, resources and other things that might help us to conquer the future by ourselves. We believe that Philippines can do better in terms of futuristic demands. We believe that our investments over crops and other local products will increase since we are the Asia’s fastest growing economy over the past years in 2016 and 2018 according to studies. We still believe that our transportation will be better and there will be no traffic in EDSA because of flyovers, bridges and traffic system. We still believe that all of our rivers will be saved from pollution if we have the future Ais to collect garbage and ways to decompose it. We still hoping that the future of the Philippines will be better if we will maximize the resources that we have. Resources like intellectual, environmental and people power. We still believe that the future of this country will still give our children and grandchildren a better place to live. We still believe in the future of this country.

What is fog? How fogs are formed?

Fogs can be seen every morning when we are on our way to our offices, schools or work, but do we ever wonder what is this quite breeze we feel everyday?

Fog is a cloud that touches the ground. Fog can be thin or thick, meaning people have difficulty seeing through it. In some conditions, fog can be so thick that it makes passing cars impossible to see.

Fogs are formed when it is very cold or humid in the area. There should be a lot of water v***r in the air for fog to form. But did you know that before fog can be form, there should be a little pollution in the air? Water v***r condenses around these microscopic solid particles. Depending on the temperature and humidity of the place, fog are easily formed and will then disappear as quickly.

The City of Pines, Baguio is one of the most popular places where we can find and experience cold weather or foggy months. Baguio city is the Philippines' summer capital since it is located at a higher point of mountains. The reason why Baguio city has a lot of fog is because of their weather, it is more humid and more dense compared to the other part of the Philippines.

To make it more interesting, Fog is not smoke. Although it may look smoky, fog is actually small drops of water or ice that have formed in the air. If you ever thought of going to Canada, you might want to avoid the province of Newfoundland for a certain days because did you know, that Newfoundland is the foggiest place on earth? It is not the best place to take your camera with you.

Did you ever thought of someone collecting fog? It may seem weird collecting a cloud from the ground but many ancient cultures collected water from fog by placing large pots under trees and shrubs. As the water from fog collected on these objects, the pots collected the water. This method of water collection was effective, but not as effective as collecting rainwater or other liquid water.

Until now, there are a lot of studies and engineers are still working to further enhance the way of collecting fog which they developed "fog catchers. Fog catchers are very large screens constructed in arid areas. As fog glides in, water droplets form around the thin screens and drip to the collection pools below. In one day, a single screen can collect more than a hundred gallons of water.
