๐ง ๐ Exam season is here, Perpetualites!
Ever wondered why sometimes, you study for hours but still struggle to remember what you learned? One reason may be that our working memory has limited capacity, so how we organize and engage with information matters.
Here are a few strategies you can try:
โจ Make connections. Link new information to things you already know.
๐งฉ Break it down. Instead of trying to remember everything at once, divide information into smaller, more manageable โchunks.โ
๐จ Get creative. Making information more meaningful and memorable can give your brain more ways to recall it.
๐ด Take care of your brain, too. Getting enough sleep, taking regular breaks, moving around, managing stress, and staying organized can all support your ability to learn and remember.
You donโt have to use every strategy at once. Try different techniques and discover what works best for you! ๐ก๐
Swipe through the post for quick and practical ways to put these strategies into practice. ๐ Hopefully, these will be helpful as you navigate your dynamic school life here at UPHSD - Molino! ๐ซ๐ Good luck on your academic endeavors, dear Perpetualites! ๐๐โจ
