𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 5-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐎𝐂𝐂 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬.

The aspiring Advance ROTC Officers of Blancia College Foundation Incorporated successfully underwent a 5-day Cadet Officer Candidate Course (COCC) Training held at Kuta Dao Pagadian City from April 30 to May 4, 2026 — a challenging experience that strengthened their leadership, teamwork, and commitment to service.

The training was never easy, but through determination and unity, they proved that they are ready to become future leaders and role models of discipline and integrity. Ready to serve with honor and pride for the nation.

Congratulations to all Basic Cadet Officers for successfully completing the training. May this achievement inspire you to continue leading with discipline, courage, and honor in every step of your ROTC journey.

On 29 March 2026 at 0730H The 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐜 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭, Molave Campus, spearheaded by 𝙈𝘼𝙅 𝙅𝙐𝙉𝘼𝙍𝘿 𝙀 𝙎𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙋𝙀 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙀𝙎), Commandant, conducted the Culmination Ceremony of National ROTC Month 2026 In coordination with Mrs. Joy D. Ursaiz, RCrim, MSCJ, LPT, NSTP Coordinator and Mrs. Encarnacion O. Blancia RN, Campus Chief Executive Officer of Blancia College Foundation Incorporated.

In connection with the activity, 1𝙇𝙏 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘿𝙄𝘼 𝙂 𝙇𝘼𝙂𝙊𝙎 𝙅𝙍 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙀𝙎) Assistant Commandant, facilitated and supervised the practice of drills and ceremonies of the ROTC cadets in preparation for the program.

The activity aims to showcase the skills, discipline, and training of the cadets, as well as to highlight the significance of the National ROTC Month celebration.

As of this report, the activity is still ongoing.

‎15th ROTC Formation | Second Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026

‎On March 22 2026, at 073000H, The Blancia College Foundation Incorporated ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 15th ROTC Formation for the Second Semester of School Year 2025–2026.
‎
‎The activity was spearheaded by 𝙈𝘼𝙅 𝙅𝙐𝙉𝘼𝙍𝘿 𝙀 𝙎𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙋𝙀 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙀𝙎) Commandant of BCFI together with 1𝙇𝙏 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘿𝙄𝘼 𝙂 𝙇𝘼𝙂𝙊𝙎 𝙅𝙍 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙀𝙎), Assistant Commandant, 𝙎𝙜𝙩 𝙍𝙪𝙗𝙮 𝘿 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙨𝙖 (𝙊𝙎) 𝙋𝘼, BCFI Admin NCO, 𝙈𝙨 𝙅𝙤𝙮 𝘿 𝙐𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙞𝙯, RCrim MSCJ LPT, NSTP ROTC Coordinator and other Training Staffs/GMAs, and Advance ROTC Cadet Officers, led by 𝘾𝘿𝙏 𝙇𝙏𝘾 𝙅𝘼𝙊 𝙅𝙊𝙎𝙀𝙋𝙃 𝙋 𝙏𝙄𝙇𝙇𝙊, Corps Commander, GMA; 1st Class and 2nd Class Cadets; and the training staff.

‎The ROTC formation commenced with the usual checking of attendance and platoon counting to ensure that all cadets were present and properly accounted for. This was followed by drills and ceremony activities and manual of arms exercises conducted by each platoon. In preparing for incoming RAATI.

‎The objective of this activity is to build discipline and instant obedience through precise and repetitive movements that require immediate response to commands an essential skill in any structured or high-pressure environment. At the same time, it strengthens teamwork and coordination by training cadets to move as one unit, reinforcing the principle that success is achieved through collective effort rather than individual action.

‎The formation and lecture concluded at 1700H on the same day.
