There was a certain stillness in the room, the kind that comes before something meaningful begins. As the student nurses of BCFI, School Year 2026, stepped forward in their white uniforms, they carried stories that could not be seen at a glance—stories of perseverance, quiet sacrifices, and determination that had been tested time and time again. The 20th Pinning and Ring Hop Ceremony was not just an event; it was a moment of becoming.

Each pin placed was a silent recognition of everything they had endured. Behind it were nights that stretched into mornings, lessons learned through both success and mistakes, and the courage to keep going even when the path felt uncertain. It was not just an award—it was a reminder that they had made it this far, and that they were ready for what comes next.

Then came the ring hop, simple in form yet powerful in meaning. As rings moved from one hand to another, they carried more than metal—they carried trust, unity, and shared purpose. It was a gesture that spoke of friendship strengthened through challenges, of support given without hesitation, and of a bond that would remain even beyond the walls of their school.

What made the ceremony truly special was not just the tradition, but the transformation it represented. These students were no longer just learners—they had grown into individuals who understood what it means to care deeply for others. They had witnessed pain, offered comfort, and learned that being a nurse is not only about competence, but about compassion that reaches beyond duty.

The 20th Pinning and Ring Hop Ceremony proudly marks a significant milestone in the journey of our 102 fourth-year nursing students, as they are formally recognized for their dedication, perseverance, and readiness to embrace the noble profession of nursing.

With the theme “Nurturing Knowledge, Inspiring Leadership,” this momentous occasion celebrates not only academic achievement but also the transformation of students into compassionate, competent, and future-ready healthcare leaders.

The pinning symbolizes the students’ transition from theoretical learning to clinical practice, serving as a reminder of their commitment to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Meanwhile, the ring ceremony represents unity, integrity, and the enduring responsibility they carry as future nurses. Together, these traditions honor the values that define the nursing profession—service, empathy, and excellence.

As these 102 newly pinned and ringed nursing students step forward, they embody the essence of nurtured knowledge, strengthened by years of rigorous training and guided by mentors who have shaped their skills and character.

More importantly, they emerge as inspiring leaders, ready to make a meaningful impact in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 I BSN 4 Disaster Simulation Drill

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Level 4 students successfully conducted their Disaster Simulation on March 6, showcasing their preparedness and competence in handling emergency situations.

The activity focused on Mass Casualty Triaging and Fire Rescue, providing students with a realistic and high-pressure environment that tested both their clinical skills and decision-making abilities.

The simulation aimed to strengthen the students’ ability to respond efficiently during disasters, particularly in scenarios involving multiple victims.

Through hands-on application, participants practiced rapid patient assessment, prioritization of care, and coordinated teamwork—key components in saving lives during critical incidents.

A highlight of the event was the participation of the Molave Bureau of Fire Protection, who spearheaded the fire rescue operations. Their expertise added authenticity to the simulation, guiding students in proper fire emergency response, evacuation procedures, and rescue techniques.

The collaboration between nursing students and fire personnel emphasized the importance of inter-agency coordination during real-life emergencies.

Overall, the Disaster Simulation served as a valuable learning experience, equipping BSN Level 4 students with the confidence, skills, and readiness required in disaster response. It reinforced their role as future healthcare professionals committed to delivering timely and effective care in times of crisis.

𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒 | BCFI-CON Celebrates Newly Registered Nurses in the February 2026 PNLE

Blancia College Foundation Inc. – College of Nursing (BCFI-CON) proudly announces the results of the February 2026 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE), marking another meaningful milestone for the institution. Out of 51 examinees, BCFI recorded 20 successful passers, reflecting the collective efforts and determination of its graduates.

Among these passers, 19 were first-time takers, resulting in a 52.78% passing rate, while 1 retaker also successfully earned the title of Registered Nurse. This accomplishment highlights the perseverance and resilience of the graduates who faced the rigorous demands of the licensure examination with dedication and determination.

Their success is a reflection not only of months—indeed years—of preparation, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment, but also of the continuous guidance and mentorship provided by the faculty members of BCFI-CON. The institution remains steadfast in its mission to develop competent, compassionate, and ethically grounded nursing professionals who are prepared to serve in diverse healthcare settings.

Blancia College Foundation Inc. – College of Nursing proudly announces the success of 20 newly registered nursesfrom Batch 2025 following the release of the February 2026 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE)results.

Among the 51 examinees, 19 first-time takers successfully passed, recording a 52.78% passing rate, alongside one retaker who also earned the title of Registered Nurse.

Their achievement reflects not only academic excellence but also the resilience, discipline, and dedication developed throughout their nursing education at BCFI-CON.

The College extends its warmest congratulations and proudly welcomes its newest Registered Nurses as they begin their journey of service, compassion, and commitment to healthcare.

With flawless beauty and undeniable charisma, she instantly commanded attention and drew resounding cheers from the crowd. Her radiance was evident—but beyond the spotlight, it was her heart and purpose that truly distinguished her from the rest.

The College of Nursing and Midwifery (CONM) did not merely participate; they made their presence felt.

When the CONM candidate stepped forward, she carried more than a sash and a smile. She carried the pride of a college rooted in service, compassion, and excellence. Every walk, every turn, and every answer reflected confidence shaped by purpose. Her performance was not just about elegance—it was about substance. In her poise, the audience saw intelligence.
