SIMEX @ MNCHS: Stay Alert, Stay Safe 🦺⛑️

As part of the intensified implementation of the OPLAN Balik Eskwela 2026, the Mogpog Municipal Police Station spearheaded a Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) at the Mogpog National Comprehensive High School (MNCHS) to strengthen the school's emergency preparedness and response capabilities.

The activity featured realistic emergency scenarios, including active shooting, stabbing, bomb threat, and hostage-taking incidents, allowing students, teachers, school personnel, and partner agencies to practice coordinated response procedures in a safe and controlled environment.

More than a simulation, the activity allowed the entire MNCHS community to strengthen awareness, improve coordination, and reinforce the importance of staying calm, alert, and prepared even during emergency situations.

Together, we prepare today for a safer tomorrow. 🛡️

MNCHS: Where Patriotism Begins | July 06, 2026 🇵🇭🫡

Value Focus: National Pride

The students, teaching, and non-teaching personnel of the Mogpog National Comprehensive High School (MNCHS) gathered for the weekly Flag Raising Ceremony, to pay tribute to the Philippine Flag, our nation's enduring symbol of freedom, unity, and identity.

Guided by this week's Value Focus: National Pride, the ceremony served as a meaningful reminder to take pride in the Philippines—a country blessed with abundant natural resources, rich cultural heritage, and resilient people.

As we honor our national flag, we are also renewing our shared responsibility to protect our nation's treasures, uphold its values, and contribute to its progress through discipline, respect, and responsible citizenship.

At MNCHS, we believe that patriotism is nurtured in school and reflected in the values we practice and the actions we take every day.

One MNCHS: Parents, Teachers, and New Leadership Join Hands for Quality Education

Parents, teachers, and school officials gathered on July 2, 2026, at the Mogpog National Comprehensive High School (MNCHS) Conference Hall for the PTA Meeting, reaffirming their shared commitment to cultivating a safe, disciplined, and learner-centered school environment.

A highlight of the meeting was the formal introduction and turnover of school leadership to the newly installed School Principal, Sir Rolando P. Pelobello. His assumption of office marks the beginning of a new chapter of collaborative leadership, with a shared vision of strengthening academic excellence, student welfare, and community engagement at MNCHS.

The meeting also served as a venue to discuss key school matters, including strengthened campus safety through bag screening and inspection, the implementation of the no-cellphone policy before the start of classes, landslide rehabilitation initiatives to help prevent soil erosion, observance of proper dress code, promotion of healthy eating habits, student punctuality, and the active participation of parents in supporting school security and discipline. Updates on school publications and other important concerns were likewise presented and discussed.

The active participation and support of the parents mirrors the vital partnership between the home and the school in nurturing responsible, disciplined, and successful learners. Together, we move forward with one purpose—providing every MNCHS learner with a safe, inclusive, and quality learning environment.
