All students are hereby required to submit the following documents as part of the school’s data updating and verification process:

For Incoming 2nd Year to 4th Year Students:

1.Data for IPs (Indigenous Peoples) for the upcoming academic year
1.IP Certificate (if applicable)
2.If not applicable, please indicate your corresponding indigenous group, if any

2.Highest Educational Attainment of both parents/guardians (Mother and Father). kindly ask your parents or guardians

For Incoming 3rd Year and 4th Year Students:

1.Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Tax Exemption (Certification of Low-Income from the Barangay will not be accepted)

Please ensure that all documents are complete and submitted before the final exams.

Failure to submit the required documents will result in the non-signing of your clearance.

All submitted information will be used strictly for official documentation and reporting.

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Oroquieta, Misamis Occidental (USTP Oroquieta) held the Trailblazer’s Leadership Summit from December 15 to 17, 2025, at the Mock Hotel in Oroquieta City. The event aimed to enhance teamwork skills and promote social responsibility in a rapidly changing world.
