If the incident has affected you emotionally, you do not have to process it alone. It is okay to take a break from social media, talk to someone you trust, or seek support when you need it.
Our hearts and prayers go out to schools affected by violence, the individuals and families impacted, and everyone carrying the weight of this difficult moment.
Let us choose kindness over fear, compassion over curiosity, and care over the circulation of harm.
