The author is married to DAN DAY A. UY II, RN and recently finished her Doctor of Education (dissertation), attained her Master of Arts in Language Education and Bachelor of Science in Education Major in English, at Central Mindanao University, Musuan Bukidnon.
She has been in the Department of Education in the Division of Misamis Oriental for almost 20 years, she is a Head Teacher III in Alubijid, National Comprehensive High School, Alubijid, Misamis Oriental, received various awards as Division Outstanding Teacher and an Outstanding Coach in the Extemporaneous Speaking in Region X.
A Division/Regional Trainer, Facilitator, Speaker in various Teachers Enhancement Trainings. She received special awards and citations for Learning Module Writers, Evaluators and Contributors, for the Department of Education Region X, received a Division award as Language Editor for Learning Modules for the Division of Misamis Oriental.
She is also an article Writer and contributed more than 9 article in BusinessWeek Mindanao and Sun Star Mindanao. Her passion does not stop, but she also engaged herself in writing almost five Basic Research and Action Research and shared and presented both in the Division and Regional level year 2015, 2018, 2022, & 2023. The author continues to engage herself in a self-worth challenges in life.
Above all she is a believer of God, her guiding verse is Psalm 27:1 “The Lord is my Light and Salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the Stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? To God Be the Glory.
