📣 𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 [𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓]

With the issuance of PAGASA’s Yellow Rainfall Warning over Misamis Oriental and Misamis Occidental, the USTP Incident Management Team (IMT) convened to discuss possible concerns affecting the safety and welfare of faculty members, personnel, and students in light of Tropical Depression VERBENA.

After due deliberation and in accordance with the IMT’s mandate, the 𝐘𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞.

Accordingly, the following measures shall be observed:
• Onsite classes and work are suspended and shifted to flexible mode.
• Students, employees, and workers of USTP may still enter the campuses.
• The Yellow Warning applies to all USTP campuses.

USTP faculty and staff are advised to coordinate with their respective heads.
