- July 3 or 4 for takers with a USMCEE rating of 60% and above (USM Main, Palma Campuses, Mlang Campus, and USM KCC)

- July 5 or 6 for takers with a USMCEE rating of 50% and above (USM Main, Palma Campuses, Mlang Campus, and USM KCC)

- July 7 or 10 or 11 for takers with a USMCEE rating of 40% and above (USM Main, Palma Campuses, Mlang Campus, and USM KCC)

- July 12 or 13 for takers with a USMCEE rating of 30% and above (USM Main, Palma Campuses, and Mlang Campus )

- July 13 for takers with a USMCEE rating of 30% and above (USM KCC)

- July 14 for takers with a USMCEE rating of 25% and above (ladderized program of USM KCC)

2. Log in to the pre-registration portal. The link will be provided after the pre-enrollment academic program orientation.

* If you pass the interview, the Admission Officer (AO) will approve your application and process your enrollment.

* If the interview is unsuccessful, the student may choose another program.
