We are pleased to inform you that we are now accepting applications for the UniFAST Tulong Dunong Program (TDP).

We are calling for the First-Year College and Continuing College Students who are not yet a Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) grantees and also not a grantee of any CHED-funded or other government-funded scholarship.

Primary Priority Categories
New TDP applicants are evaluated and prioritized by UniFAST in the following strict order:
• Students included in the most updated DSWD Listahanan database.
• Students covered by the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
• Dependents of solo parents, Indigenous Peoples (IPs), and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
• Low-income students enrolled in Private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)

1. Student Qualifications
• Must be a Filipino citizen.
• Must be a bona fide resident of 1st District, Cotabato Province
• Must be currently enrolled (1st Semester, SY 2026-2027) in an undergraduate program
• Must not be a recipient of any other CHED-funded or government-funded scholarship/grant
• Must have a combined annual gross income of parents/guardians not exceeding Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 400,000.00).

2. Documentary Requirements
• Accomplished 2026 TDP Application Form
• 1-piece 2x2 ID picture
• Certificate of Indigency or Low Income from their respective Barangay Captains where the student resides;
• Proof of Enrollment/Registration: Certificate of Registration/Enrollment (COR/COE) for the current academic term, or a copy of the school grades/Form 138 for incoming freshmen.
• Photocopy of valid school ID

📢 CALL FOR APPLICANTS!

The Expanding Access to Scholarship for Equity Groups (EASE) Scholarship Program is now accepting applications!

The EASE Scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to qualified incoming first-year students belonging to Special Equity Groups (SEGs), helping them access and complete higher education.

Who may apply?

• Filipino citizens
• Incoming first-year college students with at least an 85% SHS General Average
• Belong to a recognized Special Equity Groups (SEGs)
• Enrolled in a CHED-recognized or certified priority program
• Family annual gross income not exceeding ₱2,000,000

Special Equity Groups include:

• Underprivileged or Homeless Citizens
• Individuals covered under the Magna Carta of the Poor
• Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
• Solo Parents and their Children
• Senior Citizens
• Indigenous Peoples (IPs)
