These little whiteboards held more than just words—they held courage, determination, and growth. Every word my students spelled was a reminder that learning begins with small, meaningful steps. What seems like simple CVC words today are the very foundation of reading, writing, and lifelong learning. Behind every correctly spelled word are countless moments of listening, blending, practicing, making mistakes, and trying again.


P.S. These photos captured a learning moment. Some words were misspelled initially, but they were corrected immediately afterward. We celebrate growth, not perfection, because every mistake is an opportunity to learn.

It’s amazing how much confidence can grow from something as simple as blending sounds. So proud of these little learners and how hard they work every day. 🍀
