University of the East Criminology Educator Dr. Jeneth Delima Earns Nomination for ETCOR Awards 2025 Happening in November in Bangkok, Thailand
University of the East faculty member Dr. Jeneth Caralipio Delima has been officially nominated for the ETCOR Awards 2025 under the category Most Outstanding Educator in the Field of Criminology. While the nomination is a milestone in itself, the recognition is not yet final, as she will still undergo the rigorous deliberation and documents review process conducted by the ETCOR Awards Committee.
Dr. Delima, who also teaches at Immaculate Conception I-College of Arts and Technology in Sta. Maria, brings with her a wealth of experience in criminology education. She previously served as Head of the Criminology Division at La Concepcion College in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, where she was known for her dedication to academic leadership and student mentorship. Her academic and professional background continues to inspire both her peers and her students.
A proud graduate of the University of Manila with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology (2008), Dr. Delima later completed her Masterโs in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Criminology (2013) at Universidad de Manila. She is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology at the Philippine College of Criminology and has also earned academic units in the Juris Doctor program at the University of Caloocan City.
As a registered criminologist and licensed professional teacher, Dr. Delima integrates theory and practice in her classes, providing students with a holistic view of criminal behavior and justice systems. Her additional credentialsโsuch as certifications in Fraud Detection and Criminal Profilingโfurther strengthen her role as an expert educator in the field. These accomplishments are among the key qualifications that have earned her nomination to the prestigious ETCOR Awards.
The ETCOR Awards 2025 is part of the โ6th International Multidisciplinary Conference on Research and Education: Embracing the Culture of Research and Aligning Inquiry with Contemporary Global Challenges,โ to be held on November 6โ8, 2025, at the Prince Palace Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. The awards will also feature a Book Launching Ceremony, Paper Presentations, and Research Conference, with both on-site and virtual participation options.
ETCOR, which stands for Embracing The Culture Of Research, is a non-stock, non-profit organization that promotes academic excellence and research advocacies.
