Held on August 5–6 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City, the 𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 gathered youth representatives from across the ASEAN region to discuss “𝑫𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑼𝒔𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒔.” The delegates participated in interactive panel sessions with distinguished guest speakers, including 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞 and 𝐭𝐰𝐨-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐎𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐘𝐮𝐥𝐨, and worked together through Balangay teams to draft recommendations on their assigned focus areas for regional leaders.

Meanwhile, with the theme “𝑩𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝑺𝑬𝑨𝑵 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒈𝒆, 𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑," 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄 is a month-long virtual internationalization initiative running from August 12 to September 4, 2026. Hosted by Ifugao State University (IFSU), the program brings together students and faculty from different countries across Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, to build intercultural friendships and learn about ASEAN languages and cultures through academic sessions and collaborative activities.

These Nationalian Scholars represented their respective programs, the 𝐍𝐔 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬' 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, and, most of all, the Philippines in these prestigious ASEAN events. Their participation reflects our organization's mission to bring 𝑫𝒖𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕 𝑷𝒖𝒔𝒐 into every room we enter and raise the Gold and Blue beyond our university and across borders. More than scholars who excel academically, we strive to become globally competitive, socially and culturally aware, and, most importantly, Nation Builders.
