KEEP SAFE AND DRY ABADIAN SCOUT

: Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by the southwest monsoon (habagat) enhanced by a Low Pressure Area (LPA).

According to the MCDRRMD, three out of five weather models indicate moderate to heavy rainfall, with PAGASA’s latest outlook confirming expected rainfall with intensity ranging from light to moderate, at times heavy, particularly early in the morning and in the afternoon.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.

: Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools on Monday, August 10, 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by the southwest monsoon (habagat) enhanced by Tropical Cyclone Dolphin.

According to the MCDRRMD, the latest weather models and rainfall outlook from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) indicate rainfall tomorrow with intensity ranging from moderate to heavy, at times intense, particularly early in the morning and in the afternoon.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.

Scouts of JASHS - SSU promptly responded to a vehicular accident near Divisoria Mall at 6:05 PM, ESTC (Emergency Service Training Course) graduates, ESC - Sct. Sapon and ESC - Sct. Maniaol provided immediate first aid to a victim with a suspected ankle fracture.
