Appreciation Time!

Our heartfelt thanks to a very generous, humble, and kind person I know. A big thank you to our anonymous donor.

We are so happy to share that 360 learners of Casilda Elementary School are the beneficiaries of these raincoats.

The kids are so happy and excited! They were able to use them right away since it's already the rainy season. Thank you so much for your kindness. God bless you more!

Last June 11, 2026, Casilda Elementary School, under the leadership of our School Head, Edna L. Tasan EdD, conducted a Parents’ Orientation to share important updates, policies, and guidelines with parents and guardians.

Casilda Elementary School is deeply grateful to the Barangay Officials of Casilda, headed by Hon. Romulo O. Papellero and his council, for the generous support they have extended to our school.

Thank you for your active participation during Brigada Eskwela in cleaning and preparing our school grounds, as well as for your valuable monetary donations. Your help goes a long way in making our school a safe, clean, and conducive place for learning for all our learners.

SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027

🗓️ June 8, 2026 – Today marks a fresh start and an exciting beginning! Our school officially opened its doors for the School Year 2026-2027.

The day began with the solemn singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by a short but meaningful Welcome Back to School Program.

The program was led by our very active and dedicated School Head, Edna L. Tasan EdD. In her message, she warmly welcomed all the learners back to school and introduced the hardworking teaching and non-teaching staff who will guide and support everyone throughout this school year.

One of the highlights of the event was the turnover of Teacher’s Kits and Learner’s Kits to our beneficiaries. These learning materials will surely be a big help and bring joy to our students and teachers as they start their classes.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to our anonymous donor for the generous support and contribution. Your kindness and generosity will go a long way in ensuring quality education and a better learning environment for our school community.

🏫 BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026: DAY 4 SUCCESS & PRODUCTIVE INSPECTION! ✨

Our 2026 Brigada Eskwela journey continues with great success! Today marked Day 4 of our activities, and we are proud to share that everything went smoothly and according to plan. 🚀

We were truly honored to have our very own District Supervisor, Ma’am Melcanie Gozo Arreglado Maureal, visit Casilda Elementary School today. She provided valuable technical assistance and thoroughly inspected all instructional and non-instructional rooms, as well as school facilities. Her guidance ensured that every area is properly prepared, safe, and conducive to learning not just for our learners, but also for our teachers and non-teaching personnel. 📝✅

Her presence and support remind us of the shared goal: to create a school environment where everyone feels safe, welcome, and ready to learn.

🙏 Our deepest gratitude to Ma’am Melcanie Maureal for her unwavering support and technical guidance, and to everyone who has been working hard day after day. Your dedication is what makes Casilda Elementary School a better place for all!

🎉 SUCCESSFUL 2026 BRIGADA ESKWELA: KICK-OFF & DAY 3 ACCOMPLISHED! 🎒✨

What an incredible journey it has been so far! Today, we marked two big milestones: the official 2026 Brigada Eskwela Kick-off and the successful completion of Day 3 of our activities! 🚀

From the opening ceremony where we pledged our commitment, to three straight days of hard work cleaning, painting, repairing facilities, and organizing classrooms we have seen the true spirit of Bayanihan come alive. 🤝🏫 It warms our hearts to see teachers headed by School Head, Edna L. Tasan EdD, parents/Guardians, students, SELG officers , community leaders with the Father of Brgy. Hon. Romulo O. Papellero and his council , BFP Merida and volunteers working side by side, all for one goal: to prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming school for every learner.

Every hand that helped, every contribution shared, and every hour given made a huge difference. This is how we build a better future for our children together! ❤️

School head, BAC Members, and AO II, property custodian, and inspectorate team, actively participated in the Orientation on Procurement, Asset, and Financial Management aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and compliance in school-based procurement and financial management.

This activity reinforces our commitment to responsible use of public funds and improved procurement governance in support of quality education.
