"Duck, Cover, and Holdโ€”simple actions that can make a big difference."

On June 18, 2026, at exactly 9:00 AM, Paaralang Elementarya ng Bayorbor actively participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) to strengthen disaster preparedness and promote a culture of safety among learners, teachers, and school personnel.

Through the proper ex*****on of the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure and orderly evacuation practices, our school community demonstrated readiness and awareness in responding to earthquake emergencies. This activity serves as a vital reminder that preparedness can save lives and that safety is everyone's responsibility.

We extend our appreciation to all teachers, learners, parents, and stakeholders who supported and participated in this important undertaking. Together, we continue to build a safer, more resilient, and disaster-ready school community.

Paaralang Elementarya ng Bayorbor proudly conducted a Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of Philippine Independence Day. The activity was attended by our dedicated teachers who gathered to pay tribute to the bravery, patriotism, and sacrifices of our national heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today.

Through the singing of the National Anthem and reflections on the significance of Independence Day, the ceremony served as a reminder of our shared responsibility to uphold the values of unity, integrity, and love for our country.

Paaralang Elementarya ng Bayorbor successfully conducted a Health Assessment for our learners, led by Nurse Dianne C. Flores, as part of our commitment to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of every child.

Through this activity, our pupils received proper health screening and assessment to help identify their health needs and promote a healthy learning environment. This initiative strengthens our goal of nurturing learners who are not only academically prepared but also physically fit and healthy.

OPENING OF CLASSES 2026โ€“2027 | PAARALANG ELEMENTARYA NG BAYORBOR

The first day of classes at Paaralang Elementarya ng Bayorbor was filled with excitement, enthusiasm, and meaningful experiences as we officially welcomed our learners for School Year 2026โ€“2027.

The day started with the First Flag Ceremony, where learners, teachers, parents, and stakeholders gathered to mark the beginning of another school year. We were honored by the inspiring messages of Hon. Windell E. Babadilla, Barangay Captain, who encouraged our pupils to value education, practice discipline, and strive for excellence in their studies.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to PCPT ARJAY M. SANTOS of the 403rd A MC RMFB4A and his colleagues for their presence and support. Their team assisted and guided the pupils on their way to school, ensuring their safety during the opening of classes. They also shared simple snacks and donated school supplies and other items that brought joy and encouragement to our learners.

Inside the classrooms, pupils actively participated in various first-day activities such as getting-to-know-you sessions, classroom orientation, interactive games, icebreakers activities that helped create a positive and welcoming learning environment.

The successful opening of classes reflects the strong partnership among the school, parents, local government, law enforcement agencies, and the community in ensuring a safe, happy, and productive start to the school year.
