LAKBAY LIDER OCTOBER 11, 2024
School Division Training - Workshop for Student Leaders and Teachers - Advisers

Leadership is challenging but rewarding. It requires gratitude, relationships, and working with others. Leaders should be transparent, flexible, and appreciate their members' achievements. Respecting others and taking breaks is essential. Leaders should not put themselves in difficult situations, but treasure those who support and believe in their leadership abilities.
The leader should not only lead their members but also themselves. You cannot be called an effective leader if you cannot lead yourself. Leadership starts within oneself, not by leading the others.

"THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP IS INFLUENCE, NOT AUTHORITY."

ISANG MAULANG UMAGA COTONIANS!!!

Due to our weather conditions and our river being shallow, COTO HS YES-O has decided not to participate in the International Coastal Clean-up (ICC) to ensure the safety of every student.

We fully understand at Coto HS YES-O that caring for and protecting our coastlines and rivers cannot be measured by just one day of celebrating ICC. Therefore, our organization has agreed to continue the Coastal Clean-up on another day or week, during safer weather, to ensure everyone's active participation. Caring for our environment is not just a one-day affair; rather, it should be done over a long period to better preserve the beauty and tranquility of our mother nature.

Despite our non-participation in the ICC today, we still hope for your continued support and cooperation in our upcoming initiatives regarding environmental protection. We are sincerely grateful for your understanding.

ORAS NA COTONIANS!

The International Coastal Clean-up is a way to bring cleanliness and purity to our nature. This engages people to remove waste from our rivers, oceans and beaches.

Through simple acts of picking up trash and understanding the proper way to dispose waste, we can significantly reduce the mountain of garbage accumulating on our shores.

This can influence others and serve as a reminder that the change is within our hands.

So join us this Saturday, and let's make a change.
If one person can make a change, then we can do it as one. Let's show the world that its in our palms, the future of our nature!
