Have you come to realize that woman empowerment originated in creation itself? Think about it: "Man cannot live without a woman by his side, but a woman can." Adam envied animals' pairs, so he requested a partner - his first covenant with the Lord through marriage.

Women are initially brave. This arose right after they disobeyed the Creator's mandate. The Lord declared that upon conception, she would undergo painful delivery and more up to her last breath. Furthermore, during her married life, she submits to her husband according to the Lord's will. That's why it's vital to have a biblical foundation, because some might get the wrong idea or take advantage of its notion. But it doesn't necessarily mean allowing masochism and sa**sm to take place, because submission has its limitations. Even in vulnerability, women are becoming more patient and optimistic. However, even patience has borderline. And when a woman realizes it, no one can force her to stay, even if you beg her to.

So men, don't act entitled or think you're always right. You have no right to insult, objectify, or degrade us. In this world, we are equal and only God is Superior.

You almost landed on top last year, but God's timing is different, and it's always the best. You were the seed sown in good soil, and we are the people on the sidewalk, patiently waiting until you make it - and yes, you made it! Thank You, Lord, for the three topnotchers and all the passers of the recently concluded CuBLE 2025. All glory belongs to You!

To those who didn't make it, don't be too harsh on yourselves. In failure, there's always a lesson to learn from. God's plan for you won't end here. You aren't defined by what has ended here. So, get back on your feet and return much stronger than ever!

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, acknowledging Your presence among us. You are Omnipresent and Omnipotent. As we draw near to You, we ask that You look into our hearts and examine our motives. Sanctify us with Your precious blood and forgive us for any wrongs we've committed against our neighbors through our thoughts, words, and actions.

You are the one true God, and we pray that You would help us become more like You, filled with compassion and care for our fellow citizens, especially in times of need when psychosocial and tangible support are crucial.

Father, we humbly ask for Your divine protection over our country as we face the typhoon and heavy rainfall. Your Word promises that if we abide in You and Your words abide in us, we can ask for what we want and it shall be given. Teach us to trust and to depend in Your plans and promises.

For those who are struggling, starving, or trapped in the floods, Lord, send Your instruments of hope and comfort. If it be Your will, we pray that You would calm the LPAs through the mountains of Sierra Madre.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your sovereignty over all things. May Your will be done. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen. 🙏🏻

SIGNED na ang IRR (Implementing Rules and Regulations) ng Basic Education Mental Health and Well-being Promotion Act! 🧠❤️‍🩹🧘 Sa batas, magkakaroon ng school-based mental health programs na naglalayong i-promote ang awareness at magbigay ng mga mental health services tulad ng mental health screenings, crisis responses, at referrals.
