Isang makabuluhang Lunes ang ating sinimulan sa ating Flag Raising Ceremony, kasabay ng opisyal na pagbubukas ng Buwan ng Wika at ASEAN Month. Sama-sama nating ipinagdiriwang ang yaman ng ating wika, kultura, at pambansang pagkakakilanlan, habang pinagtitibay ang diwa ng pagkakaisa at pakikipagkapwa sa ating mga karatig-bansa sa Timog-Silangang Asya.
