From March 11–13, 2026, teachers of Asid Integrated School came together for our School-Based In-Service Training—three meaningful days filled with learning, collaboration, and reflection. Each session reminded us that teaching is not just a profession, but a shared commitment to grow, improve, and better serve our learners.

Through insightful discussions, shared experiences, and collective efforts, we strengthened not only our skills but also the spirit of teamwork within our school community. As the training concluded yesterday, we carry with us new knowledge, renewed inspiration, and a deeper dedication to shaping the future of our students.

Indeed, the journey of learning never stops. With grateful hearts and inspired minds, we move forward—ready to apply what we have learned for the betterment of our learners and our school. 💕

Asid Integrated School successfully conducted an SLAC Session on the Enhanced VASTS (Varied of Accessible Source of Information and Training System) led by Ma’am Ma. Lalaine M. Medina, held at the Learning Continuity Space on January 28, 2025.

The session provided teachers with valuable insights and practical strategies in utilizing varied and accessible sources of information and training, supporting effective teaching practices and professional growth. 💡📘

Asid Integrated School is truly grateful to be one of the recipient schools of the Temporary Learning Spaces (TLS) aimed at ensuring the continuity of learning despite the challenges brought by Typhoon Opong.

Personnel from the Department of Education – Central Office, led by Undersecretary for Administration Atty. Mel John Versosa, together with Engr. Annabelle Co, Chief of Engineering Operations, conducted a monitoring visit to the ongoing construction of TLS in selected city schools, including Asid Integrated School.

The activity was further supported by the DepEd DRRM Team, DepEd Region V, and the Schools Division Office, headed by ASDS Ma’am Joy G. Cabrera, along with division chiefs, engineers, supervisors, and school heads.

As part of the monitoring, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) were conducted with parents, teachers, learners, and community leaders to gather valuable feedback and assess the impact of the Temporary Learning Spaces on the school community.

This initiative reflects DepEd’s strong commitment to providing safe, resilient, and learner-friendly spaces, ensuring that education continues even in times of adversity.
