May they lead with a burning heart for leadership and serve as an 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 to their fellow 𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗦𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗦. May they keep in their mind and heart the advocacy of 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐨— protecting the youth against the influence of vices and helping everyone build a bright, healthy future. We are certain that God will guide them through their leadership journey, giving them the strength to stand firm and the kindness to lift others up along the way.

𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 21, 2025 - 𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗚 𝗡𝗛𝗦

Every third week of November, we celebrate 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. Under Division Memorandum No. 515, Barkada Kontra Bisyo conducted various activities such as a 𝘗𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘢𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘤𝘺 𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘚𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳 to participate in the 𝘿𝙧𝙪𝙜 𝘼𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝘿𝘼𝙋𝘾) with the theme "𝑺𝒂 𝑩𝒂𝒈𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒔: 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒖𝒈𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒚 𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒏, 𝑫𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒂 𝒂𝒚 𝑰𝒏𝒊??𝒘𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏". The purpose of this celebration is not only to prevent substance abuse among the youth but also to showcase their talents through it.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸

𝗜𝗽𝗮𝗴 𝗡𝗛𝗦' 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼, together with the 𝙎𝙎𝙇𝙂 and other students, participated in the 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐘𝐃𝐎) program called 𝐄𝐬𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐧: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦. In this program, students learned about 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘂𝘀.This activity helps students recognize the symptoms of Depression and understand how to get help if they are experiencing these symptoms. Additionally, it strengthen our understanding of what HIV really means and defeats the myths surrounding it.

We are thankful to our 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐘𝐃𝐎) for conducting this kind of activity, we really learned a lot that we can share with our fellow students.

𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 10, 2025, 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆.
𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹

The 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐀𝐃𝐀 𝐊𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐘𝐎 of 𝐈𝐩𝐚𝐠 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 participated in the 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡-𝗨𝗣 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 program. For us, this is already a joyful experience for our youth to participate in such activities. It's so joyful to help, especially in this kind of work, as we contribute to our beloved environment.

We are with 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚, and 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘀, 𝙔𝙚𝙨 - 𝙊 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙚𝗿, 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗼𝘆𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 & 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁. This activity is so much fun, and in the upcoming activities of our 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 ( 𝑳𝒀𝑫 ), we will love to participate and help our community and for our self growth.
