Tanza, Boac, Marinduque, led by ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ก๐ข๐๐๐ข ๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ก๐๐๐ข๐ก ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐๐ฆ), ๐ก๐ฆ๐ง๐ฃ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ.

It aimed to honor the national symbols, strengthen patriotism and loyalty to the country, account for cadet attendance, and formally commence the day's training activities.
At approximately ๐ฌ๐ต๐ฏ๐ฌ๐, the Training Staff and 1st Class Cadets of each Battalion conducted lectures on ๐ ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ for the Basic Cadets and Aspiring Cadet Officers. The sessions emphasized the importance of preserving military heritage, observing proper military courtesies and etiquette, and upholding the time-honored traditions that strengthen unity within the Corps.
The lecture on Followership highlighted the essential qualities of an effective follower, including discipline, loyalty, initiative, responsibility, teamwork, and commitment to duty. It also emphasized that effective leadership begins with good followership, fostering mutual trust, cooperation, and the ability to support and carry out orders competently.
