𝙈𝘾𝘼𝙂𝙎 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠

MCA Padilla, July 24, 2026 — The Maranatha Christian Academy Group of Schools (MCAGS) successfully conducted its Bookkeeping Training in the morning and Handbook Relaunching in the afternoon at MCA Padilla, gathering members of the Education Advisory Board (EAB), Academic Management Specialists (AMS), School Administrators, and Bookkeepers from various MCAGS campuses.

Held through the visionary leadership of Ptr. Arlet Joy Ferriol-Guerrero, MARED, Chairperson of the Education Advisory Board (EAB), the two events underscored MCAGS’ commitment to strengthening institutional excellence through sound financial stewardship and updated learner policies.

The Bookkeeping Training, which commenced at 8:00 AM, focused on enhancing participants’ knowledge and competencies in financial management, accountability, and standardized bookkeeping practices across the school system. The program featured a lecture by Ptr. Nelia Hechanova, CPA, Head of the MCAGS External Accounting Department, followed by an open forum that encouraged collaboration and the exchange of best practices among participants.

In the afternoon, the MCAGS community reconvened for the Handbook Relaunching at 4:00 PM, marking the official presentation of the revised MCAGS Learner Handbook. The program included an audio-visual presentation documenting the handbook revision process, the ceremonial relaunch of the handbook, and the presentation of its key features and updates.

The occasion became even more significant as it was graced by the presence of Pbr. Leticia Santos Ferriol, EdD, LPT, MCAGS School Directress and Chairperson Emeritus of the Education Advisory Board. Her message highlighted the institution’s enduring commitment to educational excellence and inspired participants to remain steadfast in advancing the mission and vision of MCAGS.

The successful conduct of both events reflects MCAGS’ continuing efforts to equip its educational leaders with the knowledge, systems, and policies necessary to deliver quality Christian education while remaining faithful to its commitment of Serving God, Impacting Humanity.
