Pursuant to Article XIII:
• Section 4. A candidate who obtains the 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 for a designated position shall be declared duly elected.
• Section 5. The official proclamation of winners shall be conducted within the 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝 following the completion of the election.
• Section 6. Any decision, ruling, or order of the Commission may be subject to protest, provided it is filed within the designated period and supported by sufficient evidence.

The College of Nursing – Nursing Student Council proudly introduces the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (COMELEC) for 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.

As mandated under 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗫𝗜𝗩 of the CON-NSC Constitution and By-Laws, the COMELEC serves as an 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 entrusted with safeguarding the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 of all electoral processes within the College of Nursing.

Composed of dedicated student representatives from different year levels, the Commission is responsible for implementing election 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, evaluating candidate 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, addressing election-related 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀, and ensuring that every election reflects the voice of the nursing student body.

As your COMELEC Commissioners, we commit ourselves to uphold 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙢, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 throughout our term.

Together, let us continue to strengthen student participation and leadership within our college.

As we sign off as 𝘾𝙊𝙉-𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 for 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we thank the College of Nursing community for the trust and support throughout our term.

This year came with challenges that required accountability and teamwork. Throughout it all, we remained committed to serving with fairness and integrity. It has been an honor to serve and dedicate our efforts to you.

The leaders are chosen.
Now—𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀.

The newly elected officers of the 𝐂𝐎𝐍–𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 officially took their oath, marking the beginning of their journey as student leaders committed to serve the College of Nursing community.

With the 𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞—to lead with integrity, act with accountability, and uphold the responsibilities entrusted to them by the student body.

This moment symbolizes not just a transition of leadership, but a 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

This moment isn’t just symbolic—it’s a commitment. A promise to lead with 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, to serve with 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚, and to 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 who placed their trust in them.
