Face-to-Face Oathtaking of New Professional Teachers

‎𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗢 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠?

‎𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭. Wait for the schedule that will be posted by the PRC for your Face-to-Face Oath Taking. Once the schedule is available, you can register on your LERIS account and choose your preferred PRC regional office for the oath taking. (Note: It is not required to take the oath at the same office where you took the exam or near your residence. The Oath Taking is done Face-to-Face.) Print your Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, which can be found in your transaction details.

‎𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮. After completing your Oath Taking, check the status of your oath registration. If it shows the remark "ATTENDED," you can now proceed with your INITIAL REGISTRATION.

‎𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯. On your LERIS account, select INITIAL Registration as the purpose of your transaction. You will need to enter your Application Number from your Notice of Admission (NOA). You will then pay the registration fee of ₱1,050 for your Professional Identification Card (PIC).

‎ • ₱600 – Annual Fee
‎ • Total: ₱1,050

‎𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰. After setting your appointment for the initial registration, print the Initial Registration Form. Bring this form on the day of your appointment at the PRC, along with two documentary stamps. Submit these to the releasing section and wait to be called to receive your much-awaited LICENSE.

‎𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: You can also schedule your appointment for Certificates and Authentications at the same time as your initial registration. These certificates and authentications cost ₱75 each.

‎• Certificate/Authentication of Good Standing

‎𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿:
‎• The issuance of the Certificate of Registration depends on the PRC branch, and the time it takes to be released may vary.
‎
‎• You will not be issued a PRC PIC (Professional Identification Card) unless you have completed the Oath Taking. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧!
