𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗.

On September 04, 2026, the MSU-POINTERS Computing Society successfully conducted its 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 at the CICS Research Room.

The meeting served as an opportunity for the newly constituted administration to come together, review our organizational policies, reflect on our previous activities, and establish the direction of the organization for the academic year ahead.

Among the matters discussed were the review of the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), evaluation of previous activities and officer performance, establishment of our Pillar Goals, planning of organizational events and projects, merchandise development, and other administrative matters.

Through this meeting, the organization identified key areas for improvement, particularly in manpower, initiative, communication, planning, and accountability, while establishing clear goals to guide our activities and decisions moving forward.

This marks the beginning of our administration's collective effort to plan with purpose, work with accountability, and serve with direction.

Following the closure of the filing of candidacy and the enactment of the constitutional appointment protocol, this resolution formalizes the new Executive Board and Cabinet who will lead and represent our organization for the upcoming academic year. It also designates temporary concurrent chairs to ensure our operations continue without disruption while we finalize the remaining vacancies.

The POINTERS Computing Society hereby releases the official memorandum regarding the Semestral Department Contribution for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027.

The contribution aims to support the organization's administrative operations, student-centered projects, academic initiatives, and other programs that directly benefit the Department of Computing Sciences student body.

Students are encouraged to read the memorandum carefully for their information and guidance.
