On ๐ ๐ฎ๐ 26, 2026, the College of Education of MSU Main Campus, in partnership with the Education Development Services Office (EDSO), successfully conducted the 6๐๐ต ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐โ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ at the ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ผ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ - ๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ ๐๐ถ๐๐, bringing together aspiring educators from various institutions for a day of learning, collaboration, and healthy competition.
The program formally opened with registration, followed by an invocation led by ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ฅ. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป, ๐๐ฃ๐ง, Faculty of the Department of Home Economics. Participants then joined in the singing of the National Anthem and BARMM Hymn before receiving a warm welcome from ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ณ๐ฎ ๐ง. ๐ ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ-๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ต๐ผ๐บ๐ฏ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ, ๐ฃ๐ต.๐., Dean of the College of Education.

Their inspiring messages highlighted the importance of educational leadership, innovation, academic excellence, and service among future educators.
One of the highlights of the congress was the lecture delivered by ๐๐ฟ. ๐ฅ๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฒ ๐ง. ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ด, ๐ฃ๐ต.๐., Education Supervisor II of CHED Region X. Through her insightful discussion, participants gained valuable perspectives on current educational trends and the vital role of future educators in shaping society. The session was followed by an open forum that encouraged meaningful dialogue and active participation.
The event continued with the simultaneous contest activities, including the Research Showcase and Poster Making Competition, where participants demonstrated their creativity, critical thinking, and research capabilities. After lunch, the excitement carried on through the Quiz Show, Demo-Teaching Contest, and Amazing Race, allowing participants to showcase their knowledge, teaching competence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
The congress concluded with an awarding ceremony recognizing the outstanding achievements of the participants, followed by closing remarks from ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป, ๐ฃ๐ต.๐., Assistant Dean of the College of Education.
More than just a gathering, the 6th Teacher Education Institutionsโ Student Congress served as a platform for future educators to exchange ideas, strengthen professional connections, develop leadership skills, and celebrate their shared commitment to excellence in education.
