Workers in government who have been in the service for at least 10 years and have acquired relevant knowledge and skills but do not possess the appropriate civil service eligibility are encouraged to apply for the Grant of Career Service Eligibility â Preference Rating (CSE-PR).
Under Civil Service Commission (CSC) Resolution No. 2301123 promulgated on 7 December 2023, a Preference Rating of a maximum of 10 points shall be added to the failed rating range (70.00 to 79.99) to achieve the passing rate of 80.00 for qualified applicants in Career Service Examinations (CSEs), thereby qualifying them for Career Service Professional or Subprofessional eligibility.
CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles acknowledged the prevalent circumstance where numerous government employees, driven by a genuine commitment to public service, find themselves lacking the requisite civil service eligibility.

Brigada Eskwela is volunteerism, not a season for solicitation. It is based on bayanihan spirit, not a contest. Let volunteers come and allow them to contribute based on their capacity and willingness.

Multiplication by 4.
Doubling a two-digit number is the only skill needed to answer this question mentally in 3 seconds. Since 4 = 2 x 2. Young children who still do not know their times 4 table can use doubling twice to get the result.
This is discussed in Chapter 5 of my book â25 Math Short Cuts (available at https://www.facebook.com/MATHInicPhils for only P300).
As what we have written before, doubling is also useful in multiplying by 4 and by 8 and in dividing by 5, 25 and 125.
Mastering doubling is also very helpful in understanding the binary system which is the basis of the computers and calculators that we now use.
Applications of doubling and its opposite, halving, are found in many questions in Vedic Math Olympiads.
