At ExpSci, we believe that physics is a fundamental part of STEM education. However, one significant challenge in teaching physics is the difficulty instructors face when teaching vector operations. Due to its complexity, this topic is often overlooked in classrooms. Yet, understanding vector operations is essential for grasping concepts like velocity, acceleration, momentum, work, and electromagnetism in advanced physics. Mastering vector operations is not only a foundational skill but is also crucial because it underpins nearly every other topic in physics. To address this gap in physics education, our company, SciApp, has developed a 3D Instructional Apparatus specifically designed for teaching vector operations to let educators and students EXPERIENCE SCIENCE BETTER. This tool combines theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience, helping students to develop a deeper understanding and real-world problem-solving skills.

SCI-APP FABRICATED METALS MANUFACTURING is a duly registered company in the line of metal works fabrication business. The company envisioned becoming the leading manufacturer and distributor of scientific apparatus with its banner technology – the 3D Instructional Apparatus for Vector Operations. The banner technology passed the three criteria for a patent (novelty, inventive step, industrial applicability) based on the Formality Examination Report of IPOPHL and is further recommended for international application (PCT application no. PH2022/050024).

The SciApp Fabricated Metals Manufacturing, together with the Department of Education (DepEd) Bukidnon and the Central Mindanao University Intellectual Property and Technology Business Management Office (CMU IPTBM), held a meeting to develop the details for the proposed deployment of Experience Science to fifteen (15) schools in Bukidnon.

The discussion centered on the deployment plan, resource requirements, potential funding support, and coordination among the partner institutions.

SciApp appreciates DepEd Bukidnon and CMU IPTBM for the collaborative discussion and continued support in exploring opportunities to bring innovative science learning to more schools and learners.

The SciApp team recently gathered for a huddle meeting to reflect on the recently concluded training conference, evaluate the experiences and outcomes, and identify areas for improvement moving forward.

The discussion provided an opportunity for the team to revisit what worked, recognize the challenges encountered, and gather insights that can help strengthen future programs and activities. Beyond looking back, the meeting also focused on the plans and priorities ahead as SciApp continues to develop initiatives that support science education and innovation.

Through open discussions, shared insights, and collaborative planning, the team continues to ensure that every activity becomes an opportunity to learn, improve, and move forward with greater purpose.

The SciApp Fabricated Metals Manufacturing celebrates another meaningful milestone with the successful delivery of the 3D Vector Apparatus to Juanito K. La Viña Sr. College, Inc. (JKLCI).

More than an instructional device, the 3D Vector Apparatus is designed to help transform complex vector concepts into something students can see and interact with. By bringing three-dimensional vector representations into the learning environment, the apparatus can support clearer demonstrations, deeper understanding, and more active participation in the classroom.

This collaboration with JKLCI reflects a growing commitment to making science education more dynamic and experiential. Through innovative learning resources, educators are given additional ways to demonstrate scientific principles while students gain opportunities to connect theories discussed in class with practical experiences.

Following our initial presentation to the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Bukidnon, SciApp Experience Science had another meaningful meeting to further discuss the possibilities of bringing innovative, experiential STEM learning to more educators and learners across the province.

Our inventor, Dr. Cecilia Eledia Ortiz Bucayong, once again shared the vision behind the patented 3D Vector Apparatus and the Experience Science Web-Based Learning App as we explored potential areas of collaboration and support. This follow-up meeting marks another step toward turning possibilities into meaningful opportunities.

Our sincere thanks to Dir. Ritchie Guno, DOST Bukidnon Provincial Director, for taking the time and for the continued openness to learning more about the vision and potential of Experience Science.
