Drug abuse is primarily a problem of the youth. These youth became drug abusers because their family, community and country allowed these to be so. Hence, solutions lie in the hands of the parents, teachers, civic/religious leaders, law enforcers and government officials.
Drug abuse is repeated and excessive use of drugs. It impacts a persons mental as well as physical health negatively causing a major damage to the brain.
Drug abuse hampers a person's power to practice self control and interferes with their ability to resist the urge to take drugs.
