The ARAL-Reading Program follows a complete implementation cycle: It starts with a "Beginning of School Year" Assessment, moves to ARAL Tutorials (with continuous monitoring), and ends with the "End of School Year" Assessment to determine if a learner can exit or needs ARAL-Summer Programs.

The ARAL-Reading Act (RA 12028), implemented starting SY 2025-2026, aims to provide timely and effective support to learners below proficiency. This means structured reading remediation for Key Stage 1 and achieving grade-level proficiency in English and Filipino for Key Stages 2-3!
